Welcome to a guided breathing session.
0:00 INTRO
0:10 ROUND 1 - 1:30min Breath Hold
3:53 ROUND 2 - 2:00min Breath Hold
8:07 ROUND 3 - 2:30min Breath Hold
12:50 ROUND 4 - 3:00min Breath Hold
Try to relax by sitting down or lying down before you start.
It is best to start with a warm-up round of just conscious breathing. Simply relax and breathe in through your nose into your belly then into the chest into the head, then let it all go out of the mouth. Think about how you breathe and focus your attention on the breath only.
After the warm-up you can proceed with the first round. I suggest you start with a slower pace with shallow breaths and work your way up. The last round should be your maximum breathing speed and maximum depth of the breath.
But be careful not to force anything. If you experience any discomfort, just take it easier.
Remember, the goal of doing this is to make you feel good :)
The Wim Hof Breathing technique in general is meant for everyone who would like to improve the way they feel. Performed correctly and daily, this breathing exercise tends to strengthen the immune system and relieve symptoms of stress in the individual.
Step by step instructions:
1. Breathe in through the nose or mouth. Inhale deeply into your belly, then into your chest, and finally into your head. One complete circular motion. Then exhale. Just let the air out naturally and do not force the air out. Repeat this until the round is over (30-50 breaths)
2. On the last exhale of each breathing round, hold your breath for the duration shown on the timer.
3. After the breath hold, inhale fully and hold your breath for 15 seconds. Then let the air out of your lungs again and start again from the beginning.
4. Repeat each round :) )
Safety information:
The breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced in the way it is explained. Always do the breathing exercise in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a couch/floor) and unforced. Never practice the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur.

I might sound crazy, but after almost 300 days of the Wim Hof Method. I came to a conclusion that what happens before we are born is the same as what happens after we die, the meaning of life is to give us experience of being alive and experiencing every emotion. Make the most of your life guys, you matter more than you think you do! :)

I just discovered a beautiful way to prolong holding breath, allow your body to gently sway to the sound of the music however it wishes to sway. I tend to slump over and go side to side and I feel like I’m floating in water. My neck and back gets a lovely stretch whenever I do this too. , I find I can hold my breath for significantly longer perhaps because my body is in such a state of peace, that must be the reason.😊

Hello everyone. Lately I have been getting comments that some of you have ads in the middle of this session. Of course, this is a huge problem because it interrupts while you should relax. Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the ads since it is a music copyright issue even though I produced the music on my own. Therefore, I decided to make a new version of this video for everyone who wants an uninterrupted session. Here it is: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ebqph7aT0p3Jio0.html UPDATE: For everybody who prefers to do their session without music or wants to play their own music, I made a version of this session without music. Dont worry about the tingles, its absolutely normal and it cant hurt you, just don’t overdo the breath hold, usually your mind quits before u actually need to take a new breath, but if u really need to breathe dont push it. The tingles cant hurt you and can feel rather pleasent if u accept them. Eye twitching might be because your holding pass your limit and you’re about to pass out 😂be careful and never do this exercise around water, shower etc.

Sorry that the music stops. Had some copyright issues even though I produced the music on my own. Had to turn it off at some segments :/ Do not worry about the breath holds.. They depend on a lot of factors like how you were breathing, how long you are doing the technique already, how well rested you are, if you ate something in the last few hours or not.. Breath holds should only be up to a comfortable time. I have been doing the Wim Hof technique for years now and can sometimes hold my breath longer than 3 minutes but if my breathing pace is off, or I'm not that focused or rested I sometimes can't even do 2 minutes or even 1.5 minutes.. So if you can't do more than 2.5 minutes on a certain day its because maybe you did not sleep so well or had a bit too much to eat or drink last night😅 At least that's the case with me. I hope this was at least somewhat helpful :)

I really like this video, but the two advertisements that came on in the middle of the video are very distracting.

Unfortunately, in this case, I cannot do this. Even though I produced the music in this video completely on my own, KZfaq recognizes it as someone else's music. Because of this, it is not possible for me to have any influence over the ads and their location in the video.

Is it just me or are there some parts where the audio is muted?
@breathcentral764

Yes, some parts are muted. Produced the music for this on my own, but still got copyright claims for some reason. In order to keep the video online, some parts had to be muted.

Ad space spoilt the peace, especially by placing them during the sequence...I am a premium subscriber so for me during the ad time it just went silent for those few seconds and then it picked up the audio....such a shame that such great videos of this channel spoilt the vibe with these ads

It went silent because of a copyright issue. I produced the music myself but still got some copyright claim for some reason unfortunately I had to mute some parts.

I do wim Hof breathing since well before the pandemic on a daily basis but I find the uppermost of all videos it is way too fast. In this short time the breath takes I can't really my lungs. I know I could make the video run slower but then it sounds awkward. So this is just an opinion of mine no reason to be offended ❤👍🙂

Wim, why do u sabotage ur videos n distract us with music that is for the most part too loud, even percussive (like piano), n even louder "OM" mixes? if i'm practicing breathing, i don't want to hear any distracting noises, whether they b music or your voice. the only acceptable thing, 'd be the sound of ur breathing, not faint like some are, clearly recorded, the moving counter on the screen n anything u want to say can be printed on the screen. when i hear music on any video on uTube, i do not want to hear anybody talking over it. n vice versa. now, if ia am like this it means there are others who want that too... take a breath, :o)))
