Love the way he depicted breakfast routine of a content person.

He is speaking my thoughts and feelings -- so many feel this way. When I took his course, I was so inspired. When i do the breathing and cold showers, I am so thankful for all the feelings: both comfortable and uncomfortable. As I slow down, I feel the peace.

To anyone interested - OMAD - one meal a day - can work very well for for men but check out Stephen's Dr. Mindy interview on women's health and nutrition to have a better understanding of how varying a fasting lifestyle is, hormonally speaking, a more sound approach for women overall.

I'm almost 35 years old and I've been doing OMAD for a few years now and it's been great. Sometimes I'll have a protein shake or a smoothie with some fruit in the early afternoon as I don't eat dinner until around 10pm. I have almost no issues.

The issue with OMAD is hitting your macros and not being insanely full.

I’m still in child bearing age and on OMAD I had my period every 20 days, hair fell out, and I lost too much weight…BUT emotionally and physically I felt SO good. Fasting like a man is amazing and easy…but then I tried Mindy’s fast like a girl protocol. I am still raising kids and we farm and homeschool so life is non stop and I’m always moving. Mindy’s protocol has been so hard to follow for me. My period is more regular now. But I don’t get those awesome energy highs, body feels sluggish as there isn’t the comfort of ever getting into a every day routine, and I’m always thinking about food (when do I GET to eat again like craving or when do I HAVE to eat again) Her “classes” are insanely expensive but I just wonder are there any woman who are moms not on birth control successfully doing her program? Since the good feelings are not there there is no motivation since I’m physically at a healthy weight. I do fasting for autophagy and for the clear mind…I miss the non stop energy from my “man” fasts.

The day I started taking 1mg of SPM (Specialized Pro-resolving Mediators) twice a day, the significant inflammation in my upper back from arthritis was eliminated. It doesn't fix the problem, but I have stopped taking tizanidine and oxycodone regularly.

You are lucky enough that you haven’t had a serious mental or physical condition which has been worsened by meds Once trying this method the results are unarguable

Confused AF. As a South Asian this is not an example of health, leadership or knowledge. Firstly breathwork is Not New. Gautama Buddha cultivated an entire way of living over 2000 years ago, based on it, and entire countries and cultures revolve around it - public holidays for meditation/breathing. Courses. Traditions built around it. Secondly if you married a second wife and are having your Nth child as a 65 yr old, that is not success. Success is the cultivation of one Love, for Life. I'm happy for him that he found it late. And hope he enjoys parenthood at the time he is enjoying Grandfatherhood, but how on Earth can you be a good parent and grandparent at the same time to children the same age??? I would have been horrified if my Grandfather had children my age. So grateful he knew how to be end enjoy being a Good Grandfather and show some respect for the role. Thirdly this man is not healthy. He looks over 70. Has a high level of visceral fat. And doesn't seem to have a grip on being calm and focussed. I see a quirky Grandfather proud of shacking up with a Young Wife at an old age, with a LOT of growing to do. Why not interview a super healthy 70 year old who looks 40 and enjoys his authentic life with his One Love? That's who I would like to Learn from.

By far most people on earth depend on the clock to survive. they can not eat when they want to ..they eat when they have time to. Or even worse. When you are lucky enough to find or get food....Poverty pushes you to follow schedules that are not your own. You can't just change that. i am fortunate to mak emy own schedule every day..Like you mostly...
