I bought this monitor and my PC desk top computer will not allow it to calibrate. I run 3 other monitors but they are not touch screens. Looks like I'll have to return it.

I have this exact model Wimaxit Monitor. But my laptop only has 2 Display Output Ports, which are (1)HDMI 2.0a and (2) miniDP 1.4 But when I connect the monitor via the HDMI 2.0a for video (I use the miniDP 1.4 for connection to my 27 in monitor) and and the USB C to USB A cable to my HUB for power - I have an issue. I receive the video on the Wimaxit, but I have No Touch Control. What do I need to do - to be able to receive a video signal that I can use the touch screen with. I have connected the USB C to USB A cable to both the "Type-C and the POWER ports on the Wimaxit and nothing I try works. I do know that the Touch Screen feature works because if I hook it up directly to my USB C phone it works Great. Just can't get it to work with my laptop. And my laptop is pretty high end so any help would be much appreciated.
