Depends on the scene to be honest. Me as a personal trainer praise my clients for attempting pull ups. But eventually through out the sessions they would be capable of doing proper pull ups. Point is to not let them have negativity run their training session. Eventually you’ll get it no point telling yourself you’re trash because you couldn’t do it the first time around. I agree with the people that said about being more strict with the exercises. Beside of that, doing the challenge in more crowded areas would be fantastic. true ut i would say no more than a1.5second deadhand becouse you resting at that point for me perfect pull up is when u keep your legst straigt all the time since they are straight you canot swin you gonna either do an l sit pull up which is harder or you not gonna do it att all second thing you should pass the bar with your adom apple on the neck best would be touching collar bone third thing whenewer you resting at the bottom more than 1.5seconds your count is over on this strickt rules you can clearly see whats everyone fittnes like becouse there are people who say they do 35 pull ups and majority of them could only do like 15 straight pull ups which is really good on my opinion if you over 180 pounds and you can do 25 pull ups or more your an elite i myself aiming for advanced around 20-25

Even though most didn't go all the way down, this is pretty darn impressive! Pullups are hard and I don't think most people can do more than 1.

I know I might've been way too late, but for someone who does pull-ups, I can feel every last attempt to do that pull-ups. Sad that not all of them are going all the way down and chin up. Respect to those who did and well played to those who tried.
