One thing you should do going into next season is possibly having goals that each player can hit for the games you play, and if any player reaches that goal you can give them boosts (like increase in peak start/end by 2 years, increase in potential by 5, increase any attribute by 5, etc.). So, for example, If you score 30 with a player, they get a boost. That way you’re not only controlling the team but changing the trajectory of careers. I think that it would make the series more fun for you and the fans

I think you should just stick with shadys sliders from last game. Last game was amazing, clutch contested shots from maxy, missed open shots. Felt realistic that players were missing open and making open but also hitting contested and missing contested.
