A Retrax cover, they come in all kinds of varieties from folding to sliding just like this. Only real difference is in the retrax the sections roll up into a bin at the far end of the bed rather than stack and each panel has a bearing that rides in its own track (So it can actually hold weight on top of it if needed) and they lock. I think most dealers selling trucks these days would have it as an option similar to how they offer WeatherTech and 3M products.
