Umemiya didn't take seriously this match, his purpose was to redeem Tomiyama and he made it. I'm sure Umemiya's true strength and skills are yet to be seen.

Exactly. Based on the earlier episode Umemiya was able to hold Choji's full weight on his arm while he was climbing on it, that alone can show you he's strong as well as those few punches he gave back to Choji knocking him out.

Hello cruz brothers loving this series as a whole I read this manga way back and I knew it had potential but man it’s exceeded my expectations anyway I’m just letting you know you haven’t met my boy Mitsuki Kiryu I believe he has in the second episode when Sakura said I came here to be top dog and everybody froze the pink haired dude is Mitsuki kiryu the drip 💧 god he is cold 🥶 at dressing and cold 🥶 in fighting anyway can’t wait for him to get some screen time. Of course no spoilers in my comment it’s all in the anime 🎉🎉 anyway cheers 🍻

This episode really make me like Umemiya even more as a character and wanting to see Choji FULLY let loose. But i will say that this hole development should be on episode 10 and episode 09 should only focus on the their fight. I just hope that Choji dosen't completly lose his edge as a character and continue to be the wild card and manace he was in the early episodes but this time fighting WITH Bofurin.

Hello Cruz brothers the are still a lot let in this show that’s is going to be crazy but this was big arc In the manga there is more to come for sure come on we need more season 2 better in production
