इस वीडियो में, हम पर्माकल्चर तकनीकों का उपयोग करके अपने खेतों की उत्पादकता में सुधार कैसे करें, इस पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना जारी रखेंगे।
हमारे खेत में सूरज दक्षिण से चमकता है, जबकि तेज़ हवाएँ पूर्व और पश्चिम से चलती हैं।
पर्माकल्चर डिज़ाइन में, हम अपनी भूमि की पूर्वी और पश्चिमी सीमाओं पर हवा को रोकने वाले पेड़ लगाते हैं।
इन पेड़ों से पड़ने वाली छाया वृक्षरेखा पर ही पड़ती है। सूर्य आपकी भूमि पर दक्षिण से पड़ता रहता है, जबकि फसलें तेज़ हवाओं से सुरक्षित रहती हैं।
ये पेड़ सीमाओं से हमारी भूमि में प्रवेश करने वाले पानी को सोखने में भी मदद करते हैं।
पेड़ गर्मियों में गर्म हवा को ठंडा करने और सर्दियों में गर्म करने में मदद करते हैं, जिससे भूमि पर अधिक मध्यम तापमान के साथ एक सूक्ष्म जलवायु का निर्माण होता है।
पेड़ धूल के पर्दे, शोर के पर्दे के रूप में कार्य करते हैं और गोपनीयता प्रदान करते हैं।
हवा से बचाने वाले पेड़ एक अच्छा माहौल बनाने में भी मदद करते हैं जिसमें किसान के परिवार के सदस्य समय बिताने का आनंद उठा सकेंगे।

Kudos for all the great work you’ve been doing for years including educating the masses about the importance of permaculture. Thanks for making such an informative video. I guess one or two lines of Poplar, Mahogany, Malabar Neem trees could also be good options … Whatever trees we choose but there’s a big NO to Eucalyptus.

1:51 Teak might not be good option to plant on boundaries because it's a deciduous tree and it might not act as windbreaker through out year. Also it's dry leaves are highly prone to fire. Boundary of the farm should be fire resistant.

You have to understand the concept. Don't go with the exact same trees. Look for similar structured trees commonly growing in your region and planting those. Good luck!

It was a new concept and an 'aha' moment for me too, when I first realised it. We often assume that sun is in the east. But it only rises in the east. To set in the west, it has to travel the entire day in the South (in the northern hemisphere) or in the North (in the southern hemisphere)

मनीषा जी, मेरे खेत जैसलमेर के मोहनगढ़ में स्थित है। रेत बालू है और गर्मी में तापमान 45 डिग्री से भी ऊपर चला जाता है। ऐसी स्थिति में किस किस्म के पेड़ लगाने चाहिए।

Does it have to be narrow tall trees only? Could Neem and moringa which have deep roots withstand the winds? They have multiple yields too.

Neem and Moringa branches are likely to break in heavy winds. You can research some other trees which have multiple yields too, depending upon your location

Poorva aur pashchim se bahut tej dhoop aati he jise ham ped lagake kam kar lenge.Dhoop ki jarurat sardiyon me hoti he isliye dakshin aur uttar bhuja par ped nahi lagane he. Mool prashna garam aur tej hava rokne ka he so Manisha ji ke bataye tarike se ped lagane chahiye.

आप ठीक कह रहे है। अगर सूरज पूर्व में निकलता है और पश्चिम में अस्त होता है, तो जाहिर है पूरा दिन असमा में ऊपर होता है। पर ये ठीक हमारे सिर के ऊपर नहीं होता। ये दक्षिण की तरफ झुका होता है। इसलिए सूरज की किरणे दक्षिण से आती है हमारे खेत में
