I have done only few generator stators, dont have enough workforce to dismantle and assemble, its good to see you working on it, infact it lifted my confidence,,

I like generator stators to rewind easy money.need only to take extra finger muscles because wires are bigger than usual motors..Thanks help you out buddy.Take care.

@@windertrucker6230 sometimes customer bring stators but i dont take cz they want to do it for cheep and if no voltage is produced ,i will be screwed, since am an expat they will yell and shout, i will be in great trouble, there might be some other problems with exciter, rotor, avr or even engine, so i fear. Will do once i get my chance, if regulations change, i will certainly get some help,, generators are next ony list, yhh they pay a lot if full fledged service can be provided even onsite, and i havnt done the rotor poles before, think i should fabricate one stand for it,

That’s a lot of work yah it seems like you need to to the whole until it runs.Here only rewind and assemble no engine,we just check everything make sure it works and send it out.

@@harishharikumar1543 we don’t run it just check winding connections are good and all the components sent it out to customer they are i charge of hooking up to the engine and another company to run the generator.we only need to make sure the winding are good and all the wirings.

Iba kasi ang layout pag sa generator pero halos parehas din sa 3 phase pag nag rewind kasi ako ng generator same position ng wire pwede namang gawin sunod sunod yan naiba lang ang layout pweding e rewind ng parang nag rerewind ng lap winding
