Good one but commutator connection not clear.looks like Each winding end point connec to one commutator segment behind the starting commutator segment. I am I right. If it is clear this is best video I have seen in the u tube

You start winding from the the end of the last coil you have marked . Sould you step back two segment.

Why did you choose an higher gauge for copper wire? Copper has a lower resistance than aluminum, so the copper wire should be smaller than aluminum.

Why instead of 2x86w (wound in the original) wound on the STATOR wound 2x95w?? with the cross section , it is clear that CU can be taken less than AL , but why did the number of turns increase ???after all, the stator field MUST BE UNCHANGED! by increasing the number of turns of the stator , you have strengthened the field and the motor will turn slower !

You could probably use regular parchment paper as it is used for high temperature baking. I have used regular paper when winding my RC motors and it works well.
