The fact that you need to unlock the pc to fix the finger print is crazy my pc will only take fingerprint and the fingerprint is not working

Yess! I did this for my asus rog ally and after the first and second step it’s finally working. It was fine when I first set it up but after that I could never get it to unlock the device I always had to use my pin. I’m using windows 11 and with these steps it’s now working. Thank you!!

But I can't open up my Lenovo laptop to get into the files because I need to unlock it with my finger print and finger print senor is not working. Is there any way around?

jkb1904 Bro, Try these alternatives to access your Lenovo laptop: Use your Windows account password or the on-screen keyboard. Boot into Safe Mode by restarting and pressing "Shift" > "Restart" > "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced Options" > "Startup Settings" > "Restart" > "5". Connect an external keyboard to enter your password. Once unlocked, update or reinstall the fingerprint sensor drivers to fix the issue.😊
