Thank you so much for your help. Before when I had Windows 8, it was a very simple process. All I had to do was place the document on the glass of my printer, close the lid and press SCAN. Select that I wanted it to scan to my PC and press start. Your instructions were very much to the point and I appreciate it.

one of the best tutorials I've seen, I was ready to pull my hair out, I lost the CD that came with, one thing , to find scanned documents, look in my documents you will find the folder there, I still have windows 7 ane this video worked the same for that version, again thankyou so much for sharing with us!

Scan did not come up where expected- but it took a few tries but after finding the logo at the bottom, scanning and waiting till the scan came up - click view - I used the print icon to convert to pdf. then saved to where I want it. Smooth as and thanks! Nice and clear video!

Once my document was scanned I had to figure out that I had to click on the paper clip on my e mail screen, click on Attach files from computer, then click on Documents since I didn't file my document anywhere else. Since I'm very low tech, I figured my document would not be there BUT IT WAS! Thx again.

I purchased the new inc tank Epson ET-2760 and downloaded the necessary software. Somehow, the printer reads computer jpg or usb. Both choices showed as invalid. However, your instructions worked like magic. Thank you so very much.

Once the document is in the scanned docs folder how do I send it as a fax? I'm looking to answer the question "how do I use windows fax and scan with wifi' I hear the scanning going on in the background. I'm assuming I could just have the hard copy on my computer in word and send it to the fax/scan folder for sending via wifi. I don't need to convert digitally via scanner. right?

How can the scale of the scan be set so when printing to a .pdf and then printing a hardcopy the print will be the actual size as the original?

What about changing the format of a file.. I scanned some documents but it saves it as pictures I was able to email the attachment but went I open the email it downloads as pictures so I can not upload them to a destination.. to the attachment.. I see it when I go to look for that file.. but when I click to upload and opens that window it doesn’t show it ( can’t find it! )
