Yes. Windows XP can't work on 286 and can't work on CGA. CGA has too low resolution I think to properly show elements. Theoretically Hercules has a quite high resolution, that theoretically could show Windows XP.

Fake, even win95 will not run on this. For example win98 don't work on 486sx because dont have math cpu, on dx2 work but very slow.
