The world of Windows was a quiet and empty place, where those could only gaze upon its blankness. For some, it was a place of potential; an emptiness ready and waiting for things to exist within it. For others, it was a place of solitude, where they could find respite and seclusion to ponder their inner conflicts. However, even the most tranquil place must eventually meet rage, and all was changed in the world of Windows when the kingdom of XP was attacked! Vile and brooding creatures began to spread across the once empty planes of green and corrupted all they happened upon like a virus. The many kingdoms had come together to discuss how to save their world, and they agreed that there was only one solution possible. If an outside force had come to disturb their lands, then they, themselves, must call upon outsiders to aid them in terminating the threat. So the kingdoms pleaded to their creators in order to bring to their world those who had previously only observed their lands with reverence, so that they might champion their cause and help relieve the threat from their land. And so, the heroes, brought to a new world, marched on towards a fate unbeknownst to them. There was to be beauty! There was to be sacrifice! However, they will push beyond whatever hinders them, and do whatever it takes to save the lands... of Windows XP!
