Windsurf board mast track repair, Pete Francis

I had a broken Simmer tri fin 105 windsurfer. Beyond repair?? Such a good board had to try to repair it, Result? Certainly not without problems, would it work, Only one way to find out!!!!!!
Hope it helps others in some way......

I think they say to apply the resin in late afternoon, so the outside air temperature is gradually decreasing, which keeps the bubbles from happening.

Looks good, but wear a mask! Carbon dust is a nightmare for your lungs.

Good job, but cared about your health..No PPE (masks), gloves...Particularly danger is carbon dust..Next time don´t forget it. All happiness.

Вообще все криво делает. Выфрезеровать весь поврежденный eps, вклеить новый eps, восстановить форму, вклеить mastbox, и ламинировать лучше под вакуумом. А такие поделки оторвуться или наберут воды сразу же!
