Florida Wine Academy presented this Wines of Australia webinar with Mark Davidson, Head of Education Development for Wine Australia in North America. The webinar was planned to give a thorough overview of Australia’s history, climates, growing regions and important varietals. Nicole Ramos, WSET L3, SWS, FWS will moderate the Webinar.
We tasted and discussed the following wines:
-Jansz Premium Sparkling Rosé, Tasmania
-Pewsey Vale Dry Riesling 2018, Eden Valley

i just wanna listen to this bloke talk about our wines forever. i live in the hunter but haven't really been exposed to Australian wines outside of a friend who briefly picked grapes on a vineyard. i love learning about the produce from my own backyard!

I LOVE Sparkling Shiraz especially at Christmas - it's like Christmas Red "Champagne"! BEEAAUTIFUL! I'm trying to start a new Christmas tradition to cook a Christmas Berry Kissel (jelly) with it, & Chambord Raspberry Liqueur.

Great presentation! However, I'm confused as to why you would show a cityscape of Shanghai when mentioning Australian Wine Discovered at the beginning.
