There's a hydrofoil attached to the board that acts like an underwater airplane. The foil is very efficient and gets powered by small waves and the hand wing. Incredible indeed 🤙🏼

What is the best spot to wing-foil in Maui for a beginner? I am planning a trip to Maui in early September. I can taxi back and forth and starting to learn how to foil.

Kahului harbor is the best spot for your first lesson (flat water) and after that Kanaha beach park right up the road 🤙🏼
