What a voice for a live concert. Amazing how Kip Winger sounds. One of the most underrated bands of all time.

Most people I went with were there to see Slaughter and Winger…. kiss was kinda out of it by then. We left halfway through Kiss set.

Paul Stanley had cracked a rib on that tour. Halloween night we went to see all three and unfortunately Kiss didnt play. Winger played a longer set and kicked ass. We got a 15 dollar credit as we went in to use at the vendors...

When I saw Kiss' on Hot In The Shade, 2 times in June of 1990, Danger Danger and Slaughter opened. I saw Winger and Bullet Boys open for Cinderella in I think '89, Long Cold Winter tour.

@@giraffesareselfish9563 You're lucky you got to see Winger supporting them, when Kiss came to the UK after, they just brought Danger Danger. It was strange as they came to Europe first for the Revenge tour, but brought the stage set from the Hot in the Shade Tour. Pretty cool though as I loved the Sphynx.

Great video. Kip is such a great bass player, it's a shame you can't really hear his bass. Surprising, because with a guy that good you would think his bass would've been pumped up.

Big fan of Winger. One of my teachers at Colorado Institute of Art worked with Kip and Fiona (I think) on a duet they sang together.

The energy is awesome. The question is was it necessary? I think their music speaks for itself. The stage antics might have contributed to the damn Mike Judge death sentence. Mostly Kip. I think the record company and manager encouraged it.

Practically the entire concert is entirely live... completely live vocals, drums aren't even triggered. The only backing track I hear is the horns on Easy Come, Easy Go! With all the talk about backing tracks nowadays, this is the proof that it can be done without tapes and still sounds great.

They definitely are NOT using any backing tracks . Winger never has and never would this band is as talented as they come and one of the best life acts of all time , tight and sounds just like the album If not even better !

Sounds great to me... just regular live vocals without tapes, the way they used to be. I think people nowadays are just used to seeing singers run and jump around without the vocals missing a beat because they're coming from backing tracks. 😀

I was 15 the first time I saw winger... A friend and i flipped him off.. He was 25 to 30 singing about 17 year old girls.. Gross. Reb wasted his talents here.

The lyrics to seventeen were a product of the time as was many 80s songs .. shit man the Beatles sang about having sex with 16 year old way back in the day .. seventeen itself is a badass and pretty complex tune to play especially on guitar and that solo ..??! Forget it man that solo is brutal just a face melter! Reb always stood out to me in a pack of talented guitar players of the late 80s and early 90s with his phrasing and melody . Top that all off with his super smooth legato tapping and he’s the ultimate player !
