Great review! This is #2 on my "to get" list from the 2024 launches (behind the Gates darts), definitely eyeing the tapered model, just not sure yet if I want soft or steel. 🤔 Need some flame colored conversion points! 🤯

Totally agree. I've thrown everything so far just haven't finished filming the launch yet. I'd definitely say the firestorm tapered darts were my personal favorite. Flame colored conversion points would be so dope lol.

@@JenMountsDarts do you know if there is a reason point color options are so slim? I assume it's because of the wear & tear on a point... but we get blue & rainbow (and green on some conversion points). I think companies would make a killing with colorful points, especially specialty & conversion points.

@@BADThreeXL yes I think it's a combination of worrying about customer complaint from the coating wearing off fast and also the worry that people have a strong preference for black and silver in their points so the can quickly and easily identify where their point landed in the board. There is great debate about black vs white flights in terms of blockage/sight.

great darts and great review. what darts do you use on a daily basis for steel darts ?

Jen uses a personal custom set made back in 2017 - we're thinking about putting the design into production under our Colonial line though! It's a scallop grip in the rear and taper towards the front. 45mm long barrel.

Hey Jen, hope all is good. So your grip , is it 3 fingers & the thumb ? That's how I 1st picked up a dart but iv'e been trying 2 fingers & thumb last couple of years . Nice range of darts & good video too. Cheers 👍🎯🎯👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿👏👏😁🙏

Hey! I also use 2 fingers + thumb. My ring finger and pinky just rest curled to the side.

Somerhimes iron fronts on soft tip darts and try steel dartboard.I use 16g harrows assasin soft tip darts with iron fronts and i play sisal dartboard with 70avr plus.Depends what you like 👌
