You are right they have very distinct and have strong personalities off-stage. BTW Mino's tattoo are real, he is covered in tattoos actually. His sound and solo discography is very different from WINNER. Also he is a painter and his works is under the name Ohnim. He even exhibited his paintings in Saatchi Gallery in the UK and currently his work is exhibited in the Welt Museum in Austria. Yoon actually started as a soloist before debuting as a group with WINNER. He had his solo concert last year and he was just crazy singing for more than 3hours with 30+ songs. He is such an amazing performer on stage so powerful and captivating. Aside from acting, Yoon is also a professional photographer under the name Yooyeon and has exhibited his work as well. Yoon and Mino has a more established solo career because when Jinu and Hoony went to the military they really went all out with their solo careers. Now that they will also be enlisting it will be Jinu and Hoony's turn to carry the torch. Jinu has some solo songs included in their albums and he is more inclined to go into acting but he did some minor roles before. He is the quietest and softest yet they consider him as the boss of the group. Hoony is the wild one, the instigator of craziness and very witty. He is working on his solo album but before he enlisted he was active on several variety shows. He is an amazing lyricist. Together with Yoon and Mino, it's the three of them who are the ones that writes, the composers and the main producers for Winner. Post-enlistment he will be focusing on his solo career after their group cb. He is starting to become more active on shows again.

I can understand how you feel about Hoony, and that is because he has the biggest energy out of Winner, which, as a long time fan, it's indeed weird seeing him being somehow kinda the most "reserved" or holding back here. Usually, he's so explosive. During his special appearance on Mapo Hipster (Mino's duo show with PO), he could even overshadow a veteran in the industry (Soogoon). He's so unique and stands out all the time. But I recommend you to watch their university festival concert, he's on his element when he's performing live with a crowd.

I had to write this comment in a notepad, so I don't forget anything. First - thanks for this video, I've been looking forward to seeing you react to Winner for a long time. Second - Yoon's voice is just out of this world. On twitter you asked the best vocalists and there is no possibility of not mentioning Yoon in this list, few enter this select hall. Third - before indicating some group songs and solos. I need to talk about two groups that are just like you. Seriously, nowadays I hear and think Hurraira would love these songs. The first is AKMU also from YG. It's two brothers (a brother and a sister) and just to give you an idea, she (Suhyun) has one of the best female voices in Korea and he (Chanhyuk) is just a genius, he writes and produces all the songs, in addition to having a wonderful vocal, is an amazing rapper and a great dancer. And in my humble opinion one of the few artists I can compare to GDragon in terms of musical genius. The second group is Beast/Highlight (they had to change their name after they left the old company), and seriously you will love it, the vocals, the rapper (miss him) and the members themselves are perfect for you. Fourth - Returning to Winner. Things you need to know (maybe you don't, but it's good to know). Yoon is the youngest of the group and is the leader, before joining YG he participated in a music program (if I'm not mistaken he was in fourth place), despite being offered to debut as a solo singer, he preferred to sign with YG. Mino was going to debut in Block B, but things happened and he ended up going to YG. Hoony and Jinu (the oldest of the group) have already served (recently returned). Probably soon the group will stop again, as Mino and Yoon will have to serve. Of songs my recommendations are: Soso (my favorite song), Don't flirt, Sentimental, Baby Baby, Different, Island, Love me Love me, Everyday, La la, Ah Yeah, Million, Zoo (I love this song. Yoon - IYAH, Obvious and Born to Love You (Yoon has more songs, he released two albums and he has ost's, but these are just so you know him), ahh and you should definitely hear him sing Instinctively which is a cover that he did on the show he participated and that made him famous, Heechul already said it's the best cover he's ever heard (or something like that), but I advise you to listen to the program version, when he was still brand new and the version he sings on Knowing Bros recently, he just rocks) I think that's all. Yoon has this evergreen voice, you can't help but falling in love with his voice. His PAGE album is really a no skip album. We have been waited for 8 years just for him to release his 1st full album. He is multitalented. He is the main composer of WINNER. He also acts as cameo in Racket boys (mb around ep12 if im not mistaken), he act in KAIROS and THE VOICE S4, and recently cameo in TOMORROW in ep 4&5. Watch him in King of mask singer as Joo Yoonbal too if you want to see how powerful his voice can be. His range is wide. While Jinu is the lead vocal, he has this honey dripping voice, you just drown to it and you dont care to be drowned in it 😂. He has single album, Heydey, and his Call Anytime ft Mino is really fun to listen to. But his solo song DDUK in REMEMBER album really gives me chill. This hyung is unpredictable and he is funny person without making an effort. His visual is no joke. Ah, i really hope someday i can meet him in person to witness his ethereal handsome beauty face. Among WINNER he has the most licence. And he managed to get another one, drone licenece during this hiatus period. This hyung is really unpredictable. Mino is fire. He really spit fire. Oh I'm telling you, Hoony is anything but controlled 😅 He has the most energy out of the four and is usually all out especially on live performances and concerts. He can even overshadow a veteran comedian on variety shows. I understand though why you couldn't really figure him out. He's unusually really reserved in this performance. to answer your question about enlistments, jinu was discharged on december 31, 2021 and hoony was discharged january 14 of this year so this is winner's first comeback since jinu and hoony enlisted in april of 2020. while jinu and hoony were enlisted yoon and mino focused on solo work. yoon and mino will be enlisting at some point this year with the plan of jinu and hoony focusing on solo work while they're enlisted. winner's fans are called inner circle (i'm just adding to this while i watch to hit send on when i'm done) for the end chorus of "i love u", it's usually called a "yg party chorus" since it's pretty common for groups under yg to have the final chorus be much more exciting than it was for the rest of the song, there are other groups outside of yg that have started adopting it since it has such a nice impact. in age order: jinu 32 korean age/30 international age(1991, his 31st(international) birthday's in september), hoony 31 korean age/30 international age (1992), mino 30 korean age/29 international age (1993), and yoon 29 korean age/28 international age (1994) island does have an mv. the other songs on killing voice that also have mvs: everyday, love me love me, soso, hold (title was in korean, the song after different), millions, and ah yeah. really can't go wrong with songs to check out, once you're deep into winner remember will hit you right in the heart so i recommend saving that one

Yes their title tracks seem "summery" but they also have a wonderful collection of b-sides that are not "summery" that you would definitely enjoy as well. They are underrated internationally but they are definitely loved by the general public in S. Korea. They have earned the titles "Trust and Listen" alongside "Kings of Summer" by media outlets and the general public through releases. Recently WINNER held a guerilla concert “Holiday In The City” which took place at Han River Park. It was estimated that more than 20,000 people attended the event! You can find pics and clips of the massive crowd which contained not only fans but also the general public, both young and old, vibing to WINNER's music. First 2PM, now Winner gaaah! great taste in music I must say 😁 They were 5 people in the beginning, Taehyun left and now they are 4. Yoon (the guy with the strong voice) debuted as a solo singer years back, then through a show he joined and debuted with Winner (they were the underdog, Ikon was expected to win that show and debut instead). Hoony and Jinwoo finished their military service already. Yoon is actually really young but debuted a long time ago. Hoony is my fave, he's the soul of the group but they're all very nice and talented guys. He doesn't instantly catch your attention at first, he mostly grows on you after a while. Mino is a hottie too (you should check his solo stuff).

Andy and jas’ explanation of Mino’s rap in their still life cover made the song much more beautiful for me. His lyrics always have multiple meanings and if you are familiar with his new journey to the west persona, it’s a little difficult to reconcile and believe they are the same person at first. Try to see mino and yoon’s japan concert stage of ‘the door’ (looney’s song in the prison playbook ost) as well. Not too many people react to that and this still life cover reminds me of the mood in that song-probably because of the anguish Maybe try to get into mino’s solo discography (he’s had 3 full albums so far), killing verse, as well as his smtm live stages. One of which is the legendary ‘fear’ feat. Taeyang. I've never been partial to Winner's music at all (though I like their personalities and mainly appreciate their interactions with SJ) but hearing you break the parts down made me able to appreciate them somewhat. From the Dingo segment, to me it sounds their style is mainly summer-vibes which reminds me of Sistar, which explains their popularity with the Korean gp. I'm surprised to see Jinu's jump from 2014 to 2017. I didn't know they started as 5; he's really stepped up since the other vocalist left, huh. And in case you haven't seen this tidbit in twt, Jinu is from Mokpo, where Donghae is from. Something about those Mokpo waters is producing unfairly gorgeous human beings and making them grow younger as they aged, lol. Mino is just so fun to watch lol.

Ahh I saw your Tweets and was hoping you'd react to WINNER. You def should check out Yoon's solo work, esp his performances on King of Masked Singer. Mino has a really versatile discography as well, esp. after he changed the tone of his voice (I do sometimes miss his super low tone from the early periods) As for WINNER I'd recommend their Everyday Tipsy Performance on Dingo, First Love (which is a cover but SO GOOD), Fool Dance practice (Hoony choreographed it) bc it's so pleasing to watch and ofc their B-sides. But in these 2 albums, they tried to experiment various genre that not many people familiar with. If you are willing and dare to take challenge, try to listen to it too ^^
