I am from Mozambique but I remember few weeks ago watching a video of Gen Paul Lokeck in Somalia .....his courageous heart touched me, his compassion for people was amazing . Gen Paul LOKECH was not only a general in Uganda but a general for Africa, for he gave his life to serve the people of Africa, may his soul rest in power.

The best legacy every man should leave his children is a good education. Thank you Gen for raising you children right...you live on in them. Rest in peace

Oketch ,One thing Mylate Dad always told me in that I can never be like him, I need find my own identity,,, When I listen to this daughter Of Gen.Oketch I have these to say, pole sana, You need to know there will never be another man like your Dad, counseling will real help you at this stage and you should not dismiss this as a western process cos as it it you shall always demand, expect the impossible from any man that shall either date you or marry. I thank God for you cos I see a lot of strong Christian faith and the fact that you acknowledge the now family of orphans in which the almighty God has assured us that he is our now Dad /Father. So sad times we are in sister, Seek refuge in God the almighty only at these times!!!

i was shocked to day as A KENYAN 01 October 2021 to learn that major Genel lokech is dead , this the man i liked the way he was conducting his leadership in Somalia very dedicated , brave very intelligent and knew him as the tallest soldier in Ugandans defense forces spoke both kiswahili and English Fluent in Somalia for five years have been watching the Ugandans updf forces very closely very strong soldiers .sorry for Genel lokech family and Ugandans and president MUSEVEN for losing a very strong commander i really felt for this family .RIP GENEL LOKECH You made me respect Uganda's soldiers for their work in AMISOM.
