A tip on oral hygiene which I added to my routine recently and have really helpful is oil pulling. First thing in the morning, swish a table spoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 15-20mins, spit out and rinse the mouth with water then proceed to brush your teeth like the usual. You can read further on oil pulling, everyday feels like a trip to my dentist for scaling and polishing once I oil pulled.

An other tip when you know you've just eaten a meal with a very strong smell (ex:oinions or fish) ,drink a big cup of hot tea with lemon before chewing a gum or mint sweet.

I do scrub my face and body once a week , I just love doing skincare . Below is self clean , water will do the cleaning I had bad experience when I used one of those feminine cleansing products, my gynecologist told me never to use them anymore , panty liners are life saver during those discharge. Yogurt to the rescue😁love me some Greek yogurt, Winnie thanks for sharing another helpful and informative video ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dove Shea Butter Bars (about $1.00 a bar in USA), keep your skin soft and moistured. I use it head to toe. If you get a pimple and it caused a dark spot on your face. Washing face with Dove Shea Butter will fade the spot out and remove it. Also, I used to get yeast infections all the time from soaps, especially body washes. Dove is so gentle it never causes yeast infections so you can use it on female parts. Lastly, I use coconut oil on my body, and my skin is very soft afterward. Taking care of yourself doesn't have to be expensive if you get the right regimen for your skin.

Coconut oil is very good for my skin too. Used it when I experienced chicken pox and it helped clear the dark spots

Wow. I'm glad to have relearn, unlearn and learn feminine hygiene again, here. Wrote out a full note for revisions too and just incase someone else ever stumbles on this notes, they'll learn too. Didn't really take the feet "special" hygiene serious. Used to thinking, it's for people with cracks on their feet. Now i know better. Already pulling out a budget in my head, for a feet time at the spa towards the end of the month. I like yoghurts alot, vanilla flavored especially. But this time, I'll always pick the Probiotic one. Thanks for teaching, ma'am.😊💚

By all means shave facial hair , who wants to look like a wilder beast.Oral hygiene is very important, you may want to work on brushing in the morning and at night before bed. Mouthwash alone is not going to cut it! Kudos for being honest on not always brushing twice a day. Sis the same way you do not mask body odor with perfume, you do not substitute mouthwash for brushing. Bras should be changed everyday. If you sitting in any public place even church for an hour, please wash clothes. Good tips! Blessings!

As for me, I have very heavy flow so I tend to use a tampon as well as a sanitary towel. And I change it very often if not I get stained. And as a Muslim, we wash up every time we use the restroom. I also use cotton underpants. It’s cleaner and more convenient.

One thing I do is massage olive oil in and around my lady parts and bum. It keeps the skin soft, smooth and fights bacteria. I place olive oil in a soap dispenser and keep it in my bathroom. After using the toilet I wipe my bum with olive oil applied to the tissue. It wipes everything clean.

For people like me that itches after showering, I can’t use any kind of sponge when I bathe. I’ve not used a sponge in over 12 years. I’d have to consult with my dermatologist about using a body scrub because I’m not sure if that will exacerbate my itching. So, I only use soap to shower. As for moisturizing, sadly, body creams make me sweaty and I sweat A LOT. So they wouldn’t even do much for me. Only during dry and cold weathers that I moisturize. Important points: - wipe from front to back ALWAYS. When you take a dump, it’s best to wash your anus instead of wiping with tissue because tissue tends not to do a good job keeping that area clean and odor-free. - when showering, always wipe under your boobs, especially for the busty ladies. I remember back in secondary school, I saw a busty classmate lift her boob, and the kind of dirt buildup I saw there was appalling. - ear cleaning: avoid using cotton buds to clean out your ears. It’s not advisable. The ears are like the vajayjay; self cleaning. Regular showering and wiping the ears help clean out excess wax. But where it doesn’t come out completely, use a clean, damp cloth on the outer ear. Avoid sticking any object inside to clean it. (I’m guilty of this too)

Hi Winnie, you forgot to talk about cleaning the line that separates our buttocks or backside. Most people don't clean that area which usually attracts a lot I say a lot of dirt. Especially when we bathe and don't properly don't dry clean it well. The hairs around our anus too. Either shave or wash it too more often. Thanks

Hey Zee. I love this very channel and I take note of your messages here as I am currently on my level up journey. I just couldn't help but notice your combination of dangling earrings and necklaces with bracelets. I think I have seen this combination in a lot of your videos and I really want to draw your attention to it nicely. Please, it's best that you were necklaces with simple earrings (earrings that don't dangle) while leaving off the bracelets. If you want to wear the dangles on your ears, maybe because of the outfit, you can, but it goes well WITHOUT the necklaces, but the bracelets can go with it. Generally, Dangles: no necklaces please. You can wear bracelets if you choose to or leave them, but necklaces with dangles is a no-no. Necklaces: should be worn with very simple earrings or no earrings at all. Also, it's best to leave out bracelets here, especially when wearing bold necklaces like the 2nd necklace you wore in one of your videos from five months ago. From my research, this simple rules above keep you looking "extra"-elegant. I know that you love accessories, just like many ladies on this channel (myself included, LOL), as it shows in all your videos, but then less is more (and I've heard you say this on this channel). Apply lime to your armpit before shower, it helps with body odor. You actually don't need much to care for your body.

Very much on point, however, the eyes were omitted. Many ignore maintaining good hygiene there, having specks of dirt lurking at the retina is a huge no-no.
