Disney Lorcana has a lot of interesting decks you can try out. Here is a build for the princess archetype, which will do you pretty well at any Lorcana local tournament you attend. You could make some improvements to the deck, but this Lorcana princess deck list is close to the best.

If you play one-drop Stitch instead of Flounder, you can threaten a Stitch shift. You don't play Rock Star, but your opponent doesn't know that.

Sorry, not buying it. IMO, this is NOT some kind of big win deck. Too many holes. It doesn't quest fast enough or keep the opponent's field clear efficiently. It is missing many of the ramp cards so it will not ramp fast enough. With no Simba's for early body guard, all the

Out of curiosity, why do you have the 5 cost shift Aurora but no 2 cost Aurora and similarly why have the 3 cost Jasmine and no 5 cost shift Jasmines? Also why is there only 1 Musketeer (Goofy) if the point of his 2nd ability is to have more down to potentially remove the damage from them - Is it just the Bodyguard keyword?

Jasmine is played because she's a cost 3/3 with 2 lore, which is also a princess. There is no reason to play the Jasmine that heals because you don't typically have many damaged characters. If you do end up having damaged characters, you really want to use Rapunzel to heal them so you draw cards and not Jasmine. You get to 5 ink relatively quickly, and there is no reason you'd want an early Aurora play. A turn 3 Aurora would be good against Steel decks, but quite frankly, you do not have any 3 costs that you really care to protect in the deck. Goofy is played for the bodyguard keyword.
