I am so ready for Winter, are still having 80 degree days here and I can’t talk anyone into even fall colors yet!Does Belgium Blue compare with Justice? Online they look identical! Thank you for including the sets at the end, matching colors up into cohesive sets is always my struggle :)

Light Elegance Nail Products - I’ll trade you an 80 for a 50! A typical day this time of year is you leave the house at 7:30am and it’s 43 degrees then by noon it’s 80. Although it was nice to take the kids out trick or treating and it not be freezing!

What is the difference between shimmer and frost? I have heard you-tubers describe these colors as frosted so I'm confused because you were admintly saying it's not! Please explain and educate the people that are getting these early to review for LE.
