Join me for this awesome overnight winter camp in the snow and mountains.
I set up a plow point tarp shelter in beech forest, got a campfire going and enjoyed some yummy food.
It was awesome being out in the snow I'm looking forward to more winter trips.

Awesome video, can’t beat a good fire when camping. My girls have learnt so much from our camping trips and manage so well on school camps in the cold here in the South.

Bacon butty - can’t beat it for breakfast! Will look forward to many more winter camps but I will miss the north island hikes/camps - there’s something special about a video filmed in your own area. Enjoy your new playground.

Thanks for watching Peter! It was a super fun trip, I love winter. I had stripped down to just a t shirt and my rain jacket while I was hiking in, but Iade sure to have lots of other layers for when I cooled down. Yup! I recently moved down here, absolutely loving it. Cheers!

I appreciate the support! Thank you 😊 I hope you give it a go, it's great fun. Start small, maybe just practicing setting up camp and stuff at a campsite next to your car, that way you can bring lots of extra things in case things don't work out. Most importantly just have fun! You don't need to prove anything to anyone 🙂. Cheers.
