I have started to feel better mentally when I stopped to observe and appreciate simple things. I have been following this channel for maybe about a year. In the first video I saw, Tabie chills for a while and just listens to the rain pattering on the roof of the car. At that point I remembered that as a child I did something similar myself. I feel like I've forgotten this skill for tens of years, and I'm slowly learning it again... I think you're on the right track Tabie, keep up the good work.👋 a fan from the fin.
