Winter Hot Tent Camping In Subzero Temperature

Күн бұрынIn this video I go winter hot tent camping in subzero temperature! I really enjoy winter hot tent camping when it is very cold. It is a good test of my skills and gear. There were beautiful blue skies but somehow a fine mist of snow fell all day long. The daytime temperature was about 8°F (-13°C) and then dropped to -8°F (-22°C) overnight. I used my new OneTigris Conifer hot tent and it held the heat very well! The forest was absolutely beautiful on this trip and I had a great time. I hope you enjoy it too!

I've never been camping and really don't like being out in the snow when it snows in my neck of the woods, but I enjoy watching others and their experience. The most I'll do is take a deep breath of that cold brisk air and then I'm back indoors. What you capture is enough for me. Not a cold weather girl. 😂🥶

Not yet in winter , but sure am thinking of doing it once this year now that I have a sleeping bag with a Pertex outer layer . Maybe in march when it will be a little warmer . We have just been hit by a polar vortex , so not the right timing right now 😄

Beautiful scenery! The sky and snow covered trees are magical 🙂! The trees of course are dormant; down for a long winter’s nap until Spring. So peaceful 😌! I miss my winter camping days but luckily for your videos, I can kick back and watch from your perspective. Also, it provides a nice time to reminisce ♥️. I’m sure I’ll camp again but only in the warmer months, with an air mattress, and great friends. As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve never solo camped. It nice being outdoors with great friends. We always had a nice fire, cooked great meals, and drank a few beers 🙂. We would camp an entire week and enjoy God’s beautiful scenery. In my opinion, there is nothing better than this. During the daytime, the guys fished and the girls chatted and read 🙂! Thank you for sharing your time and videos. It brings back great memories. Take care and God Bless ♥️

I would cook the sausages & then do the eggs & cheese..the sausages Will stay hotter for longer and cold melted cheese is never as good as freshly melted. 😁
