Thanks. You are Spot on. Unfortunately i had an accident on board during bad weather in the Mediterranean on December 21. I had triple left shoulder fracture and injured neck and collarbone. I disembark from Libya on December 29, and December 31 i had a 5 hours surgery. Right now i am still recovering and so far had 20 physiotherapy of the 40 prescribed. I have regained half of my left hand mobility and slowly improving. Doctors estimate i will be ready to sail again June. And thank you for your kind words.

-13 degrees celcius is about 8 degrees Farenheight and then throw in the 52% humidity. That's like needles-going-through-you kind of cold.

If someone fells in the waters what are the chances of survival?

@@southpakrules even if someone knows swimming? What are the chances that ship crew could've find them?
@southpakrules
@southpakrules Жыл бұрын
@@dummysngh7725 Swinming is not a survival factor whatsoever in extreme temperatures. Unless a rescue boat is very very near by. As for finding them, that depends on the weather, the visibility and of course how fast it was discovered that a person fell overboard. But again, until the ship turns, prepare the rescue team & lowers the rescue boat it takes some time,and without an immersion suit, you'll probably not gonna make it.
