Here in the UK I've experienced till minus 7 degrees. If you're layering up properly, it will be perfect. If you're just using a tshirt or shirt inside and covering up with a jacket outside, you can't withstand the cold. So layer up properly and use this jacket

Basic jackets start from 1500/-. It goes up to even 10k. The ones we bought are for 3.5k and 4.5k.
