I love the Adirondacks, i did Algonquin twice, both times in May, still snow and ice on the top. Never have done it in winter though

Hey thanks for watching! Just watched your video and noticed how different it is in the summer. As for climbing all the boulders and rocks--They were pretty much buried by the snow and our snowshoes helped to keep us from sinking through.

Your video was really helpful for my trip to Algonquin peak last president weekend. It was really cold and windy when I entered Alpine Zone.

Very Very cool video! Excellent choice on the music. I created a video of my hike in the summertime called Algoniquin Hike 8-13-11.. Amazing difference in the winter. Looks like the entire scene changed after that sign. I'm wondering how you climbed those boulders/rocks in all that snow.

lol a gopro would have been more ideal to shoot video but we also wanted to take some photos as well.. it was a bit tough to focus that day with the glare on the screen and wind in the eyes.. we used a canon 5D
