Just curious if you guys actually get to freezing there? Like 32 degrees or below, you know real freezing? I know northern California gets chilly, but only have been to San Francisco decades ago so I honestly don't know. Michigander here and when it goes below 30 is when we start to consider it freezing. To be fair, if it goes over 70 I'm hiding in air conditioning. House looks great, thanks for all the videos!!
