What amenities are included and what is the condo fee on that unit?

Can you swim in that Lake?

That is the most popular lake to swim in on the chain. It is spring fed so the water has good visibility too

@@LivingInCentralFla so you don't have to worry about alligators? I thought every body of water in Florida has alligators.

@di4085 sure there are alligators in all of the lakes, but humans aren’t really on the menu. I’ve been swimming in all of the lakes on the chain since I could swim.

What about the parent who lost their child at Disney World because they were at the water's edge.

I didn’t say I would leave a 2 year old playing on the shoreline without being right there. That could have just as easily been a drowning accident.
