@@davidtheloafward I meant old Jari, not just him playing guitar. Less Melodic more Death. I fell in love with Wintersun when I heard Time I, but the older I get the more I like his Ensiferum and Arthemesia stuff.

I only knew their first record a bit but quite liked the few songs I came across when it was released. Years have passed and I have gone in and out of metal music, and just around a week ago I came across the track "Loneliness".... the majority of modern musicians can respectfully pull their hats and go home xD No of course they have the right to express their music lol

I just wish such genius mastermind would release that fucking record finally. Then I wake up and remember its Jari

Festivals generally have crowds uninterested in the majority of the participating bands, no matter how musically skilled they are. I believe this was also Jari's last live performance with Wintersun playing the guitar.

Id be crying and standing very still so I can absorb everything forever. I would definitely not move lol. Maybe a little,just to give em back energy,and not be totally selfish,but man,what a performance. Im actually in disbelief.

crowd participation, okay, I get that. But the lack of crowdsurfing is a fucking jarisend. Nothing worse in the world than getting a 200 pound neckbeard thrown on your head while you're trying to enjoy a concert. Especially if it's a great one like winterusn.

@@keinname1896 Well obviously it's not for everyone. if you don't enjoy getting your teeth knocked out during a mosh pit you should probably stay out of that zone. Same goes for crowdsurfing, stagediving and other inventions of festivals. The rest of us can enjoy concerts in the comfort zone 40-50 meters away from the stage. :-) And don't get me wrong, I'm all in for safety. Sadly I attended Roskilde festival 2000 and experienced the worst case scenario first hand.

Video quality is outstanding actually, audio is very solid as well. Other than that, just a tripod shot without any camera work. Good bootleg, would love to see more of em.

Your saying Sabaton covers a Wintersun song? Give them 20 years and they'll figure it out 😄. Just kidding love both bands and they sounds exactly how they should sound. And yes Jari is and insanely good composer and we all wait far too long for a new wintersun album but it's all worth it!

Maybe it's TIME II finally see a band live as soon as everything opens up!
