The Nigerian police reported that the attacks were carried out by female suicide bombers, one of whom was carrying a baby on her back. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attacks. However, the hand of jihadist group Boko Haram is suspected as the group has used women for suicide bombing attacks in the past.

Most answers gives the view of a peaceful voluntary Islam, however this Islamic site gives another view of what the Qur'an says - Islamic Quotes: Qur'an:9:5 "Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war." Qur'an:9:112 "The Believers fight in Allah's Cause, they slay and are slain, kill and are killed." Qur'an:9:29 "Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission." Ishaq:325 "Muslims, fight in Allah's Cause. Stand firm and you will prosper. Help the Prophet, obey him, give him your allegiance, and your religion will be victorious." Qur'an:8:39 "Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah." Among other quotes on the site. I have no clue about the accuracy of these quotes or translations, but this is a total different view from most answers here. Can someone confirm how true these quotes are?

@mahender6969 I am 91 yo, in the 1950s a well read scholar co-worker told me that there were going to be horrific wars between ISLAM and non-Islamic nations. And, yep, he was 100% right. I have read the list of evil edicts before . They are true ISLAMIC edicts... just look at the past and recent behaviors of muslims worldwide. Gaza, Palestinians, being the most notable currently. Yes, my friend, Islam most definitely " is" evil. P.S. check the history of Armenia , circa 1914_1918, to get a historic sample of how evil Islam is. Paz
