At least four people were killed and 151 were injured in the attack, and Moscow has formally warned the US that a retaliation would follow. WION's Shivan Chanana discusses with Glenn Diesen, Professor of International Relations, University of South-Eastern Norway.

The honest answer is IT DID NOT HAPPEN... Missiles were fired at a military target 7km away from that beach by Ukraine, Russia fired their s-400 system to intercept the Missiles, that interception took place over the beach and people were caught in the middle. Only 2 country's in the world going to the Beach during a damn war and thats Russia and America!! So mad respect from this dude America for the beach goers. Now GTFO of Ukraine so we can be friends again LOL

The casualties were unfortunately hit by debris when a missile was intercepted. The lesson here is not to interfere with precision satellite programmed missiles and allow them to reach their intended military targets.

Step 1: Less action (deceleration of conflict)...more talk (diplomatic dialogue). Step 2: get rid of this nuclear horror Step 3: stop being territorial (respect each others borders Step 4: international cooperation to address emergency humanitarian issues (not having nuclear weapons will mean plenty of funds for this...but only after domestic issues are resolved).

lol you are ill-informed my friend...RF im avojih provolujac...doesn't need mobilization at all...out of the two active couple of million soldiers, it has a military-obligatory and ready reserve that is activated within a maximum of a week...there is also territorial defense ...so 30 - 60 years of population...now do the math...160 million inhabitants...how many are there...at least a third can be military capable...but there is also their morale and willingness to defend their country ...but not to mention what a massive military industry they have...the RF army is no longer the miserable one...as it was after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991...and you don't have to mess with them...but here are the other allies RF China, India not to mention 3/4 of Africa...the world has turned multipolar...and that's right...and it should be

@@georgeburton820 Even retired US military generals are saying its Americans firing US supplied missiles. The Ukrainians are not trained at all on the technicalities targeting and firing US missiles. They just drive the trucks, and raise the launching tubes, and fire on US command.
