The ironic thing is we don’t have cable we have a Samsung smart tv , we use all the streaming services since we usually just dvr or there was some election or sports game so the tvs shows get pushed back so we ended up watching them on the streaming services anyway lol

I just had to deal with Dish customer service. I told them that I have been unplugging the receiver every day trying to fix the issues. I told them that I needed a new box. Kept on did everything they told me, in the end they are sending me a new one.
