(WIP: Test #1) Plastic Waste to Oil / Diesel / Fuel through Pyrolysis Machine

Here's the initial testing of our currently on-development machine, Plastic Waste to Oil / Fuel machine.
We've managed to harvest only a small amount because of lack of heat and condensing system.
Next plans:
-Revising the whole heating mechanism.
-Will change to diesel burner for more heating power.
-Reducing the reactor's diameter.
-Revising the condenser system.

i have not yet seen a working pyrolysis machine on you tube . im looking for a working machine that i can do in my garage .not industrial size . the concept is sound but nobody can make it happen

Hi. Your diesel looks clear. Do you use any bleaching? Coz most pyrolysis result, the fuel color looks dark.

Wrap you reactor in insulation to retain the heat.

Yung pyrolosis fuel po ba sir pwede gamitin sa generator? Baka kasi sa ibang materiales ng plastic less yung fuel yung iba di naglilihab tapos yung iba sobrang labo ng kulay

I think initially we get black mixture of fuel. After that to separate different species what we need to do.

Gradient temperature column would work I guess with siphon outlets at intervals to remove that fraction.

How are you filtering the pyrolysis oil because it does not come out this clean even in a fractional denomination
