I purchased this lamp but now it's not working in only 3 months and I have checked it is recieving power upto the ic please advise how can I atleast make it functional without using any ic as none have the same one here.Thanks in advance.

Sir i have the same lamp but when i decrease the brightest it flickers when light is in medium works fine in high brightness and low brightness oy flickers in medium any solution??
