I love how he describes how creativity is stifled in a strict environment where no one feels they can speak up to challenge, and also stifled in a hippie environment where no one feels like they can criticize. Great speech, thanks Chef Chang.

David Chang is a genius! He has created so many culinary experiences that the average person can also enjoy. This video needs more comments lol

I remember the first shop. When Chang was there he was yelling at his employees but food was great. When he wasn't there the quality took a big dip.

I kinda don't understand the deep meaning as to what his chef who served the sandwich did wrong, didn't he try to push boundaries by doing what he wanted to cook? And then chang came in to re direct him, into the momofuku way, which as he stated, was the fuck you I wanna cook what I wanna eat?
