I spotted the biggest buck I've ever seen, on the top third of a rise, bed down not even 50 yards from the road. It is the only road into this parcel, and he bed so he could watch the fork in the road with the predominant wind at his back. No hunter was ever going to get into that area without him knowing. Smart ol' boy!

Great video. Here in pa we have lots of road watching. This is so important and I never considered but makes sense. Now I have to figure out how to hide my truck on public land

There's a specific farm in SE MI that I hunt and when the crop rotation is right multiple mature bucks bed with in 100 yards of the farm house.
