Man, you have a lot of patience. Good work! I just bought a 55 TBird and will have to run through all the wiring, lights, radio retrofit, etc. Your video is great help for that.

The fake vent chrome pieces on the front fenders are mounted upside down. A VERY common mistake. I a polling about 40% of the 55-57 T-Birds on the internet being such. I seems that shops that restore or repaint these cars don't remember how to put things back together.

Just found your video by chance. I'm working on a couple of wiring issues on my '57 and found what you did here helpful. Wish you still had access to this car to show more examples. Did the car sell for what was asked? Thanks so much.

@@infilms_garage4713 No, I don't have an instagram account. I converted to LED taillights and found my problem. But my dash/dome light doesn't work, so the repair you made is helpful. My wiring looks a bit crispy, and the car was supposedly restored about 10 yrs ago, but I don't think the wiring was. I've had the car for almost 2 yrs. The taillights flicker some and I need to replace the passenger door electric window motor, unless there is a ground issue. Wiring is not my forte. Thanks for your input, much appreciated..
