I’m 47. I love watching you and Jeremy. I’m pretty jealous that you out there living your best life and I’ve never been hunting outside La or Ms. But y’all have encouraged me and once I’m financially able to get the time off, I’m going. And I notice you have your truck set up to sleep in, where do you go to sleep? When I’m traveling Mississippi, I go to Walmart or stine parking lots if they’re close enough and sleep in my back seat.

We have traveled to turkey hunt for years, but next fall we are going on a mule deer hunt. We have learned to enjoy the trips and take what the Good Lord gives us. He usually gives us something good. Congratulations. That is a great buck.

Your videos made me get out of my comfort zone hunting. Scouted public this summer, got a saddle, stuck a good 8pt, and now im on a 10. I can now hunt mountains, rivers, swamps, prairies, and clear cuts instead of the same ol shit ive been hunting for years on my private. Ive never had more fun hunting. It opened up a new world of opportunity. thank you!

Lifelong resident, ocooch mountains. Gods Country. We got some monster BIG bucks... Not so much public access around me, old money farms n familys. We enjoy the land and its bounty. Many are sceptical of poachers and such. Agree completely on the small fixed blades! I like em!😁 Oh!... And I ain't leavin'!

That was exceptional on your part on making that shot possible. Lot of boys in that scenario never even get drawn much less smoke em. Thanks for mentioning 16 days last year and 4 on that hunt. It can get frustrating on the public when it's new to you. I keep telling myself I'm learning for the years to come.

Love it nice buck, got my fist ground kill with a bow on public land yesterday, was a mature doe but at 8 yards eye level it has an added sense of up close and personal. Still jacked up.

That's a really good buck. I got one at 63 yds. A perfect hart shot that looked like that but an 8 point. Is that G5 Montec broad heads. That's what I use and there my favorite.

I’m 24 hopefully I’ll do some out of state hunting next year gonna get a bow while I’m in New Hampshire for work (tax free baby!!) I’ll have about 5 months to really practice and get ready and if I feel confident enough I’ll be heading north from Alabama to Indiana or Missouri to try my luck.

Great buck. Now for my advice, do not marry a woman that doesn't hunt or grow up in a home where hunting was a big part of life. Come November every year it was fight to be able to hunt 1 day a week. But when we dated I hunted almost every day so pick the right one. You're living the dream right now enjoy it!

Hey Daniel excellent hunt , being from Wisconsin I was concerned when you quartered your buck as I checked on regs and spoke to a warden before season and was told the spine must stay attached to 1 of your five pieces. Don't agree with that as it doesn't make it any easier to get out. best of luck on the next 2 states

It may be that it’s been so dry until a couple of weeks ago that it didn’t look like quite as much sign, and the trails weren’t as defined. Nice buck and great video! If I would’ve hit that little limb, my arrow would still be going😂

Yes I did hit it but that’s why I shoot a small fixed broadhead now it doesn’t mean I can shoot through a tree but it doesn’t deflect nearly as much as a bigger fixed blade or mechanical will

Was a very cool video Mr. and a very well done killing shot in the lead-in. I have never used a mechanical on anything except a couple of coyotes. Always two blade / bleeders or four blade like Slick Trick standards. Dang good video. ( and IF you are married fellas, don’t ask ever just tell them, they ARE NOT YOUR FRICKING WARDEN). You didn’t get married to be told what you can and can’t do. My wife learned this over 50 years ago.
