I was stupid back than in school. I thought there is something wrong with me. I struggled my entire life trying to be talkative like everyone else, trying to fit in. I suffered a ton. I wish this short video was available to me back than.

These days when people talk less they are considered boring and has got less leadership...it's hard to survive in an environment like this

Yes, no doubt it's difficult to survive in such circumstances when you are considered deficient just because you speak less but know that insha'Allah we will thrive in the Hereafter for Allah does not allow the sacrifices and struggles of His beloved souls to go unrewarded.

People who practice silence are also perceived as being arrogant and what not. Nobody knows what a person goes through and with what are they struggling inside. It takes a lot to fight your nafs for something like practicing silence, which might be looked at as effortless.

DAILY REMEMBERANCE OF ALLAH (SWT) 1 - Whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi (Glory be to Allah and Praise Him) a hundred times during the day, his sins are wiped away, even if they are like the foam of the sea [Sahih al-Bukhari; 7:168] 2 - whoever says SubhanAllahi wa biHamdihi, Subhan-Allahi 'l-`adheem (Glory be to Allah, and Praise, Glory be to Allah, the Supreme) Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, weigh heavily in the balance, they are loved by the Most Merciful One " [Sahih al-Bukhari; 7:67] 3. La Hawla wa la Quwatta illa Billah (There is no Might or Power except with Allah) [the above is] a treasure from the treasures of Paradise.[Sahih al-Bukhari; al-Fath al-Bari 11:213] Abu Umamah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever recites the ‘verse of the Throne’ (ayat al-kursi) after every prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entry into Paradise but death.” Source: al-Mu’jam al-Kabīr 7406
