I was stupid back than in school. I thought there is something wrong with me. I struggled my entire life trying to be talkative like everyone else, trying to fit in. I suffered a ton. I wish this short video was available to me back than.

These days when people talk less they are considered boring and has got less leadership...it's hard to survive in an environment like this

People who practice silence are also perceived as being arrogant and what not. Nobody knows what a person goes through and with what are they struggling inside. It takes a lot to fight your nafs for something like practicing silence, which might be looked at as effortless.
