I’m going to run all my valves and hoses on my ram 3500 in 3/4” so that it’s more snappy 😜 we used to do this in street cars and could jump about a beer can height off the ground.

Im more confused now than I was lol. your video did agood job explaining but not for my application. Got an old 79 model cabover with a Peterbilt air leaf suspension. Trying to put a dump valve in it but I'm having no luck. It's a 4 bag system and the rear bag feeds the front bags. ehhh. I don't know what to do lol.

Thanks for the info. I will be ordering the 4 link kit. I am building a 4wd box truck. The rear springs are never correct. Either they are too high or sit too low. With this I can keep it level with the front. I won't need the dump valve to lower the rear since I am just using it to keep everything level.

I need those bags for Bertha. I want to ditch the timbrens in the near future but the 5000 series bags from airlift or firestone just don't cut it with a reverse level. Especially with 20 some thousand pound trailers...

Kick ass build definitely inspired but wut size diameter back did you use on the front axle of ur build 8-9 inch diameter looks like not enough room to fit up in the front.

If you made a spacer/adapter for the front you could use the same ones as the rear. The bags used here are about 7.5” diameter and that is about what the front spring diameter is, would have to relocate shock obviously.

Love the truck and love the content!! But I got to know, how did you get that steering wheel on?? Does it bolt up to 94 column or did u swap entire column??

Splines fit, needs a spacer or you’ll wipe out the clock spring and you’ll lose cruise controls and airbag

How do you separate the air from moving side to side in a long sweeping corner... ( a top heavy camper from leaning) Keeping the truck level when you happen to have a load that is heavier on one side or the other?

You could use separate leveling valves on each corner

Hey J, I have a 93 f250 with leafsprings on all four corners. I wanna swap then to statick bags. The truck comes with out sway bars from factory. My towing max at 12,000 lbs. Would you add sway bars if you were doing this project? Thx.

Yes, front is almost a necessity and adding one to the rear would be best.

What do you think about the all in one air system? The ones with the tank and compressor together

Can’t say that I have any experience with them. You just don’t want to get carried away with the max psi as the air springs are only rated at 100psi. I am running a on at 90psi and off at 110psi switch.

You will be fine with more pressure in the tank you just don’t want to overload the vehicle to the point where the air springs exceed 100psi.
