First of all: if giyuu die but also killed the uppermoon 3, then the whole hashira including Tanjiro, they would be a little..Depression, and Tokito, Tanjiro, Nezuko will be the depressed the most, now to the story, if giyuu die, everyone will train harder, then at the final battle, Tokito and Genya will have chance of surviving because Tanjiro will join the fight with Uppermoon 1, The battle with Muzan will still be the same but have Tokito and Genya in the battle, and ofc Shinobu will still get killed by Douma at the Og story, thats all (Sorry if my english was bad)
