Since the season thing seem to require pushing once more i really think people overvaluing niche characters is a mistake. Odie is pure beastmode and his supream is actually a very noticeable change to how he works unlike a lot of them.

It seems that your level has a bigger influence on damage than upgrading them. I can get to top 50 now lvl 249

Agreed. With that being said he is top tier when pushing AFK stages, so I'd still invest on him first over Marilee (doing exactly what you said; +10 and manually sniping when necessary).

Most people who talk about F2P are referring to people who still have their first purchase icon in the top left corner. I've seen people say a light spender is under $100, a dolphin is under $1000, and a whale is anything above that. People tend to not agree on the lines, and F2P warriors tend to be the most judgmental about everything. Consider yourself whatever you are comfortable with. If you pay attention to guides, F2P advice is the same as low spender advice because you don't actually have enough of an advantage to realistically change anything; even though technically you do have an advantage over people who never bought anything. Don't beat yourself up about what category you fall into because even in the F2P spectrum we have a lot of variance.. how often you pull non pity units, how meta your frequent pulls are, if you started on the same day of server creation or next day, if you made it into a whale guild for extra rewards and early corruption help.. ect. On my server my giga whales are happy to talk to me even though I am F2P because I do my research and just enjoy talking about the game, and we share experiences. So if this is a social concern just know that how you carry yourself is more important than the imaginary walls we put around different players spending habits, including your own. Just don't go on reddit and post proof you've spent and claim you've never spent and try to start a war vs. spenders, or something silly like that and you'll be fine.

@@jaimee4999 I just got my odie to supreme+ 2 days ago since i got lucky with 2x5 copies of odie in epic summon. He becomes very godly. You just need to protect him with some tanks and healer, he then pops off everyone faster. Yeah i think he is kinda worth, but if you have to get all the 20 copies from the dream realm shop to make odie S+, then its probably worth getting marilie to mythic+ first

Myth+/Supreme is good enough if you're f2p. I feel like Carolina is better anyway since she's more flexible attack/defense in case of PvP and I think she'll stand the test of time better than Cecia will.

@@villageflorist True, but you don't really need them to in order to be in the top ranks. Just getting to endless mode at all is good for most players on a server, at least at the start of a new server for a while until the server has been around long enough for everyone to start maxing out their resonance levels and get a bunch of heroes to mythic and supreme. We have a ton of whales on the server I am in and I'm still in the top 80 when it comes to dream realm bossing without marilee. Was just saying that prior to endless mode if you are trying to push content Odie works just as well.

He didn't say he will leave him there forever. He literally said he will eventually get him back in the wish list, not to mention the dream realm shop is a thing and it has 15 copies of him. As F2P it's way better to get Odie + Marilee + Korin to M+ THEN start working their way to S+. That way you get more value out of your already limited resources.

Although I have to say that dropping him for Antrandra is crazy talk. Either drop Odie for Kruger or don't even touch the wish list.

@@WhatssupYoo with the Epic Ticket manipulation method you can full focus 3 A rank units at a time and it should be the three you mentioned. Odie really should be going to S+ asap

my problem with leveling brutus is that i don't feel it's useful. I mean once his shield wear off he dies or not doesn't matter. The only use of brutus over another tank is because of the invulnerability shield that let you build energy and dispose of the most dangerous enemy. brutus without his shield isn't a good tank. Antandra thought is amazing, definetly worth building her.

@Mr7suna fully agree (although i've heard his EX is really good) but it's really just a case of 'i use his so might as well get him upgraded'. Shakir is in the list and then smokey, but smokey is 1 copy away from s+ so after that i have no one else to upgrade cus the other s-rank maulers aren't worth it imo.

@@mrfancyshmancy yeah he got some nice skills, thought everything turned for life steal, i would have prefered more tankiness like shields/def/hp considering he have a taunt. but yeah if smokey got to s+ you always can.

I did pretty much the same thing. Smokey carries practically solo with +5 buffs

There isnt a right answer coz there are too many variables to assume 1 right answer for all accounts. Eg, what will the seasons bring for us to prioritize, what other heroes will you pull before then and how many acorns will you have. I go through the logic and reasoning for my account to let you look at yours and see if it applies. If thats too hard for you then yeah, probs best to skip the video
