Thank you for my role-play! I loved it! Its very true to what I experience on a daily basis with seizures. I have a mixture of both absence seizures and tonic clonic. Had to pretty much put my life on hold because of them. Had to stop dancing, can't play competitive dodgeball and was forced to defer my studies. Because I spend a lot of time in and out of hospital, its made me appreciate the nursing staff even more. Its made me want to pursue a career in nursing. I want to work with young people. Dealing with these seizures has its difficulties but its people like you who make me realise that I'm not in this alone. Thank you so much!

Thanks so much for the comment Liv! And for the extra bump on WISIO!!! It honestly means alot! I'm really glad I was able to provide a video to help you relax. It's certainly true that some of us have it easier than others so I'm always keen to use my time to try and lift up those who are feeling the pressure life deals out. Nursing is another way we can help those around us feel loved and supported so thats a great calling for you!

@@AustrasmrASMR I'm glad I was able to help you out on WISIO. A lot of us are struggling at the moment especially with the whole covid situation. South Australia was put into lock down last week but was lifted after 3 days. We've got a new case now. I'm hoping to go into mental health nursing specifically because I struggle with mental illness and I have watched some dear friends struggle as well. I think if we all stuck together and didn't judge one another we can get through this. That starts by not dismissing peoples feelings as invalid. Everyone's feelings and emotions are valid no matter the situation. I was in a car accident nearly 3 years ago with my mum and sister. My first reaction was I needed to call my dad. My sister called the police. I was in tears and couldn't hold it together. I was told that because I'm the oldest I was the one who should have called the police. My feelings were completelt valid and everyone deals with things differently. My sister didn't start struggling with that accident until a couple months later. I have a shirt that says "a little more kindness, a little less judgment". How true is that.

I’ve found great comfort with this video and has helped very much with discussions at home. My young daughter has started having seizures and we aren’t getting much of a diagnosis, months into doing tests. She’s worried about eventually having to leave the house to go to school as she’s worried how others will deal with her seizures as she’s been with me every day since they started. This video shows her that others will be caring and empathetic and will do what they can to keep her safe while I’m not with her.

What a journey you guys have ahead of you. I'm so glad that this videos been able to help you and your family. In my experience, people will not only help you, but they will often go above and beyond to make sure you're okay in the days following. I am sorry to hear of your daughter's condition, but glad that she has a caring Mother by her side. :)

Omg I finally found one for absense seizures! You have no idea how happy this makes me. I’ve looked for AGES trying to find one that isn’t a clonic/tonic seizure comfort

See I'm the opposite. I forget where I am, I'm groggy and I can't seem to put a sentence together. Its really scary waking up either on the floor or in the hospital after a seizure. I had 2 weeks in a row where I had such bad seizures that I had to be sedated for them. I vomited and wet myself.

Fainting is definitely scary. I started fainting in my early teens. Then in my late teens started having seizures. Nearly 22 now and I still faint and have seizures on a regular basis. You're not alone in this!

I don't subscribe to WISIO, but I wish there was a roleplay for women for pap tests, regardless of whether it's the woman's first one, or if she's had several and all of them have hurt (which is the case with me). I was born with hydrocephalus and had seizures when I was growing up, but my seizures stopped by the time I was a teenager. I was weaned off the anti-seizure meds when I was 13, and have been virtually seizure-free since then.

I love your role plays like this, thanks so much for making them 🙂 I’d love to see a role play similar where you help someone through an anxiety attack? Just a suggestion, thanks again for your content 🌞

Watching this again after another lot of seizures today. I was out for roughly 30 minutes. Had 5 seizures. I was so agitated in the hospital that I pulled out my own IV gelco. Cried a lot and had a seizure in the chair at the hospital. Have another neurology appointment in 3 months. One of the paramedics I had was very rough and didn't understand why I was crying. The other was really nice and I've had him before so he understood my situation. I hate needles with a burning passion and they had to put a needle in my wrist. Probably the most painful place I've had an IV placed.

could you do one an audio for pot, it’s a condition that makes you pass out a lot, especially when standing for a long time or getting up from laying/sitting. i would love to be able to play like a boyfriend comforting you or holding you till you come back. also your audios are so comforting and relaxing thank you. xx

Ince i was home alone my friends started stressing me out and i started to hyperventilate and got up to grab a drink but i was a bad idea since i blacked out and fell over and everything was dark and my head hurt and then i came back to reality 20 minutes later on the kitchen floor and my parents dont know what happened, they think it was a panic attack but we are all still unsure, is anyone sure what happened to me? Since i was home alone no one was there for me and no one saw what happened so im very unsure but i did come back to reality on the kitchen floor
