UHC ideas: UHC but all ores are gold and iron. (you start out with a diamond pick and two spare diamonds) UHC but the entire world is underground. (you start with some apples, saplings, and bonemeal) UHC but there is no bedrock, AND everyone has unbreakable giga drill tools.

Multi-ore-vein challenge, veins of ore are spread out far but evenly, but also big, and each cluster contains a single or double (or maybe even triple if your lucky) of every ore block in the entire game
