Wikipedia claims it will get localized, in the mean time the songs by ReoNa are available on streaming services

Is it worth the 60 dollar price tag? Doesn’t really look like it comes with too too much.

The digital edition costs 40 USD. If you are a fan of collecting/owning physical games, I would say that it is totally worth it. The box is great for display purposes. Though, if you are not a fan of Nasu/Type-Moon Visual Novels, I would say to wait for a while. If you aren't sure, both the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation versions have a demo available on their respective digital stores. I would say to try that out before you make a decision.
